Ringkasan:
Tema bagi tahun 2024 ialah Keamanan (Peace).
Program ini memberi peluang kepada peserta untuk mempelajari kemahiran kepimpinan yang berasaskan nilai-nilai keamanan, seperti penyelesaian konflik, empati, komunikasi berkesan, dan kepimpinan inklusif.
Sebagai sebahagian daripada JLS, Projek 100 Girls adalah satu keperluan yang telah Mirsha laksanakan melalui inisiatif A Symphony for Peace: 100 Girls, 1 Song.

Participants: Member Organizations (MOs) from each region (24 countries) at the Sangam World Centre

Summary:
The theme for 2024 is Peace.
This program provides participants with the opportunity to develop leadership skills based on peace values, such as conflict resolution, empathy, effective communication, and inclusive leadership.
As part of JLS, the 100 Girls Project is a required initiative that Mirsha successfully implemented through the A Symphony for Peace: 100 Girls, 1 Song initiative.
